This Privacy Policy explains what information AutoTline collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email, phone (optional), country and time zone.
- Setup information: your website, branding, email settings and the access details of the panels you connect. Panel passwords are encrypted and can only be viewed by our review team, with every view logged.
- Billing information: your orders and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Your customers’ information that you process through the Service (for example names, emails and subscription details). For this data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and log data used for security and to keep the Service running.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and support the Service.
- To process payments and send account emails (activation, receipts, security notices).
- To send product updates only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, email delivery), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service.
Retention and security
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. Sensitive data is encrypted, access is limited and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information by writing to support@autotline.com. Residents of some US states (such as California) have additional rights; we honor those requests as required by law.

We use cookies that are needed to log you in, keep your checkout working and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
